National Media is a national advertising proposition that unites 30 leading regional daily newspapers into a single national advertising package.

Although the brand already had an existing identity, it required a refresh. D-Studio developed a bright new visual system paired with a positive and vibrant colour palette, giving the brand renewed confidence and energy while maintaining a sense of trustworthiness.

During my internship, I was responsible for preparing and adapting the online presentation of the final project for client review.

The National wouldn’t be the same without its team, which
is why we made them the central focus of the project.

 

Each team member was illustrated individually, and these illustrations were used to create the website’s background pattern, giving the brand a personal and engaging touch.

The National is a joint venture between four major regional publishers: Trinity Mirror, London Evening Standard, Johnston Press, Newsquest, and Midlands News Association.

It offers a compelling national advertising proposition,
bringing together 30 leading regional newspapers that
cover the largest conurbations and most populated areas of England, Wales, and much of Scotland.
