description
The Trigonus Project is inspired by the structural principle of tensegrity.
At its core is a coffee table, but the project goes beyond the object itself.
It encompasses material research, development, graphics, packaging, and detailed instructions. All of this is presented in the accompanying catalogue
(see last image).
The table comes in two versions: a Standard edition in ash wood, and
a Premium edition in olive wood. Each piece is carefully handcrafted with environmental respect, combining thoughtful design with sustainable practices.

ABOUT THE IDEA
After discovering the principle of tensegrity,
I imagined a table made from three triangles connected together, which reach perfect balance when positioned just right. This delicate equilibrium allows the tabletop to rest securely above.
The initial inspiration for the shape came from cootie catchers, with the triangular structures transformed into the table’s legs – a playful nod
to geometry and structure meeting function.

The logo echoes the essence of the Trigonus table:
the triangles that define its structure and balance.
Simple and modern, it mirrors the table’s geometric elegance while remaining versatile and legible on any background, pattern, or scale. It’s a small design that carries the spirit of the project: functional, balanced,
and unmistakably triangular.
